Everything is an illusion

Detta fotografiska arbete syftar till att undersöka former för förförelse, presentation och manipulation. I synnerhet handlar detta första steg, eller kapitel i mitt projekt om människor som presenterar sig själva inför en publik. Projektet undersöker främst definitionen av scenen – och människor som uppträder på den. Fokus ligger på “twilight-zonen” i förhållandet uppträdande/scenen och verklighet/utanför scenen.

This photographic work aims to explore forms of seduction, presentation and manipulation. In particular, the first chapter of this ongoing long-term project studies people who are presenting themselves to an audience. The project generally aims to explore the definition of the stage, as well as the people performing on it. Point of interest is the twilight zone of the terms performance/on–stage and reality/off–stage.
